Blood bank controller with built in printer

We bring to you a Process Logger with in-built printer.The main advantage of such a system is that it does away with the requirement of a PC making it easy to be used in an industrial environment. Entry level workers can also be trained to handle such data loggers.

This particular unit has been designed for blood bank refrigerators with Temperature Logger display linearised for 3 wire PT100 input.

The internal printer for logging of temperature at user settable time intervals makes it versatile.

The Real Time Clock with re-chargeable battery backup provides for time stamping of the data.

There is a set point for controlling temperature of refrigeration

A Dual display of both temperature and Set Point is provided.

A user settable window limit with internal buzzer to indicate temperature outside desirable temperature band has been provided to ensure manual intervention in case of refrigerator failure.

An internal buzzer to indicate power failure has been provided to ensure that corrective action can be taken on time.
