Humidity controller for ambient atmosphere
The environment has had a huge influence over the working of many Industries and will continue doing so, be it directly or indirectly. The weather plays an important in determining the performance of the machines and eventually the quality of the products and services. Humidity is what we are here bringing into discussion, a weather type which brings in moisture laden air in the surroundings which may cause temporary swelling or shrinking in goods and services of paper, wood and textile industries. The food and beverages industries also have to face flak if they fall prey to excess Humidity, which is usually measured as Relative Humidity using the Humidity meter. Once the Relative presence of humidity is found out it’s time for the Humidity Controller to barge in, a device designed to control the level of Humidity in a particular area.
The modern technique allows the Dry/ Wet Temperature sensors to keep a check of the rising humidity.

The Humidity Controller ensures that the high pressure is maintained and thus clearance of mist and eventually eradication of the extra Humidity prevalent in the environment of that particular space. The Humidity range between 40%RH to 100%RH is considered to be appropriate for machinery to work in tandem, the digital six digit display ensures accurate measurement even while frost and over fogging. Usually work places have Humidity Chambers with these Controllers installed and have only specified machinery put in action there, these are performance oriented equipments whose working determines the efficiency of the organization.
Modern day technology has introduced these merged equipments, where a Meter and Humidity Controller are put in together to ensure an economical device for the betterment of the organization. Many companies have taken hold of the water borne paints instead of the chemical ones as they are less toxic and also durable. But the lesser known fact is that they are very easily hampered by the climatic changes, thus automobile industries which paints products on a large scale have no choice but to get assistance form the Humidity Controller in order to go through with the process of colouring the Automobiles. The paper and wood industry have similar complications as presence of Moisture can deteriorate the quality of the paper sheets and of the wooden planks as well, because they soak in the water/moisture present in the air and eventually swell and get spoiled.
