1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories

Custom-built, calibrated, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence

  • Products returned without original invoice or packaging

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order / Invoice number

  • Product model

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

  • Shipping, handling, and calibration charges are non-refundable

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, or

  • Repair, depending on the nature of the issue

Replacement shipping timelines depend on product availability.

6. Transit Damage

If the product is damaged during transit:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Do not install or use the product

  • Share clear photos of the damaged package and product

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India
