Countronics is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer and supplier of industrial electronic process control instruments. We are registered under GST No. 09AABHD8394P1ZI and operate from 3/1/29, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Site 4, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201010, India.

All products are manufactured at our facility in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Specifications are subject to change without notice as part of our continuous improvement process. Please confirm specifications at the time of ordering.
All orders placed with Countronics — whether via our website, email, WhatsApp, phone, or B2B portals — are subject to acceptance by Countronics. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing a reason.
An order is considered accepted only upon issue of a formal Proforma Invoice or Order Acknowledgement by Countronics. Verbal confirmations do not constitute acceptance.
All prices quoted by Countronics are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18% on most instruments) will be charged additionally and shown separately on the invoice.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed in the Proforma Invoice issued at the time of order.
Standard payment terms are 100% advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is accepted via:
Orders will be processed only after realisation of payment. Countronics is not responsible for delays due to late or failed payments.
Countronics dispatches products pan-India via reputable courier services. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch from our facility.
Countronics instruments (indicators and controllers) are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use and operating conditions.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to our Ghaziabad facility freight prepaid. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace at our discretion and return the product freight paid.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returns without prior written approval from Countronics will not be accepted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original order.
Custom-built or specially configured instruments are non-returnable and non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.
Countronics provides technical support for all our products by phone and WhatsApp. Every instrument is supplied with a wiring diagram and instruction manual. Support is available during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST).
On-site support in the Delhi NCR region may be arranged subject to availability and applicable service charges.
All content on this website including product descriptions, specifications, images, diagrams, and technical documentation is the intellectual property of Countronics. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any content without prior written permission from Countronics is strictly prohibited.
The Countronics brand name, logo, and product names are proprietary to Countronics. Unauthorised use of these in any form is not permitted.
Countronics’ liability in any circumstances is limited to the value of the product supplied. Countronics shall not be liable for:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action.
