Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories
Custom-built, calibrated, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or special-order products
Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence
Products returned without original invoice or packaging
Items returned after the 7-day window

Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made via the original payment method
Shipping, handling, and calibration charges are non-refundable
If eligible, we may offer:
Replacement of the same product, or
Repair, depending on the nature of the issue
Replacement shipping timelines depend on product availability.
If the product is damaged during transit:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Do not install or use the product
Share clear photos of the damaged package and product
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Customized orders cannot be cancelled
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India
