A pH controller measures the pH of a liquid and automatically activates a dosing pump or relay when pH crosses a set point. Used in:
• Water treatment plants, STP & ETP
• Swimming pools and spas
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Food and beverage processing
• Chemical and fertilizer industries

A pH indicator only displays the pH value — no control output. A pH controller includes relay outputs that trigger dosing pumps or alarms when pH crosses a threshold. Countronics manufactures both single-limit and dual-limit pH controllers with isolated 4-20mA output for SCADA integration.

ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) measures how effectively chlorine, ozone, or other chemicals are disinfecting the water. pH affects disinfectant effectiveness, so monitoring both together gives a complete picture of water quality. Countronics makes combined pH & ORP controllers that handle both simultaneously.

Our Dual Limit pH Controller (Model 110-pH / 112-pH) is widely used in water treatment, STP, and ETP. It provides two relay outputs for dual-stage dosing and an isolated 4-20mA output for SCADA. For simultaneous pH and ORP control, our Model 7215-01 handles both.

An AH meter measures total electrical charge passed through a circuit over time. Used in:
• Electroplating and anodizing — to control plating thickness
• Battery testing — to measure charge and discharge capacity
• Battery bank monitoring — tracking UPS and industrial battery health

A 4 digit AH meter displays up to 9999 AH — sufficient for smaller electroplating operations. A 6 digit model displays up to 999999 AH for larger industrial plating or long-duration battery testing. Both are available in programmable versions with relay output.

Our Programmable Ampere Hour Meter (Model 810AH) is widely used in electroplating. It features a relay output that cuts power once the set AH value is reached — ensuring consistent plating thickness. EEPROM memory retains data during power cuts. Available in 4 digit and 6 digit versions.

A charge-discharge AH meter has two separate displays — one for total AH charged and one for total AH discharged. Used in battery testing, UPS systems, and battery bank monitoring to track capacity over charge/discharge cycles.

A temperature data logger continuously records temperature from multiple sensors and stores data for analysis. Countronics manufactures 8 and 16 channel data loggers with USB pen drive output, saving data as Excel-compatible CSV — no special software needed.

Our loggers record at set intervals directly to a USB pen drive inserted in the front panel. Data is saved as CSV, opening directly in Microsoft Excel — ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and industrial compliance applications.

An 8 channel logger monitors 8 temperature points; a 16 channel model monitors 16. Our universal 16 channel model accepts mixed inputs — thermocouples, PT100, and 4-20mA — on different channels simultaneously.

Our 16 channel universal data logger is widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, cold rooms, and stability chambers. It stores timestamped CSV data suitable for compliance records. For combined humidity and temperature, our humidity-temperature logger records both simultaneously.

Our loggers support: J-type thermocouple (0–750°C), K-type (0–1250°C), R-type (0–1700°C), PT100 RTD (−100 to 600°C), and 4-20mA process input. The universal 16 channel model accepts a mix across channels simultaneously.

A humidity controller monitors RH% and automatically activates humidifiers, dehumidifiers, or ventilation to maintain a target level. Used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, cleanrooms, food storage, HVAC, electronics manufacturing, and incubators.

Our Model 7216 Humidity and Temperature Controller is designed for incubator and hatchery use. It controls both humidity and temperature with relay outputs and built-in sensors. Widely used in poultry hatcheries across India.

A 4-20mA output is an industry-standard signal for transmitting measurement data to PLCs, SCADA, or recorders. 4mA = minimum value, 20mA = maximum. Highly resistant to electrical noise and can travel hundreds of metres — the preferred standard in industrial environments.

Countronics instruments carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Sensors and electrodes are not covered as they are consumable items subject to wear from process conditions.

Yes. Most instruments include an isolated 4-20mA output and/or RS485 Modbus communication for direct connection to PLCs, SCADA, or BMS. Specify your communication requirement when enquiring so we can recommend the right model.
