What is the 160-COND conductivity controller?

The 160-COND is an online dual-limit conductivity controller by Countronics. Four conductivity ranges (0.1 μS to 199.9 mS), two independent relay outputs, 4-20mA output for SCADA, and auto temperature compensation via PT100.

What does dual-limit mean?

Two independently settable set points each with its own relay. Relay 1 can activate a blowdown valve at a high conductivity limit; Relay 2 can activate dosing at a low limit — automatic two-stage conductivity control.

What is the difference between 160-COND and 5500?

5500 is display-only — no relay or control. 160-COND is a full controller with dual relays and 4-20mA output. Choose 5500 for monitoring only; 160-COND when automatic control is needed.

Does 160-COND have a 4-20mA output?
